ABOUT ME
My travels often take me to locations that offer a dazzling variety of landscapes.
I am awed by the sheer vastness and serenity of the landscape before me, knowing that this particular moment in time is unique and fleeting as the land around me is constantly changed by weather, light and passage of time. My photographs try to capture the beauty of those moments in time.
I grew up on a farm, surrounded by open spaces and lots of opportunity for exploration and discovery. I was 13 when I got my first camera and set out to explore the scenery around me, wanting to capture those magical moments in time.
That journey of discovery made me realize that the scenery changed as the seasons changed, as the weather changed and as the light & shadows played out on the landscape.
To this day, I am still on a journey of discovery, exploring landscapes that have existed for millennia yet presenting themselves under unique conditions to be captured at that moment in time.
